Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (South Korea): Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: [KRW 3,000]. Free shipping on orders over [KRW 50,000].
International Shipping (Europe & North America): Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and selected courier.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs and local courier schedules.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within [15 / 30] days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return: Email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in those cases we cover the return.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For size exchanges (rings, bracelets, necklaces), we offer a free first exchange within [30] days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Final Sale Items: Engraved, personalized and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty.
Jewelry Care Guide
Everyday Care: Wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils, lotion and dust, and to keep the shine.
Avoid: Keep jewelry away from strong detergents, acetone, perfume and cosmetics. Remove pieces before heavy contact with chlorinated pool water or hot tubs for long periods.
Storage: Store each piece separately in the provided pouch or a soft-lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Keep in a cool, dry place — avoid bathrooms and humid environments.
